As Flexcompute rapidly expands, we are seeking a Technical Recruiter with a global perspective to spearhead our recruitment efforts across multiple regions. This strategic role is not only focused on bolstering our engineering team but also on expanding our sales and various other business-side roles. The ideal candidate will be adept at overseeing recruiting operations in diverse geographical locations while maintaining and nurturing the core culture of Flexcompute. This involves understanding the nuanced requirements of each region, building a network of potential candidates, and ensuring that our company culture is preserved and promoted, even as we rapidly onboard new talent.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for highly technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, especially those with advanced academic degrees and relevant industry experience
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in engineering simulation and software development fields
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of technical roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Stay on top of trends and advancements in recruitment practices, particularly in the tech industry, to enhance our recruitment efforts
- Contribute to the development of our employer brand and promote Flexcompute as an employer of choice in the technology sector
- Proven experience in technical recruitment and onboarding, ideally within a high-growth tech or startup environment and across multiple international regions, with a deep understanding of regional recruitment nuances and legal frameworks
- Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for roles in software development and engineering simulation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- A passion for innovation in recruitment and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience
