In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Such technical information may include, but is not limited to, information about component types, information about optimized parameters, grid configuration, diagnostic and usage data, object identifiers, and other technical information. These pieces of automatically-collected information are primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website and for our internal analytics, reporting, and diagnostic purposes. Flexcompute does not collect users’ specific geometric arrangements, coordinates, parameter values, or field data.

We may also collect, process, and/or analyze technical data, including data about simulations as described above, for the purposes of building, maintaining, or improving products and Services; troubleshooting problems; better understanding users’ experiences and needs; and ensuring security for all users. Such technical data will be analyzed and reported on an aggregated, anonymized, and/or de-identified basis and, subject to the above enumerated bases, users’ individual usage details with respect to the Website or Services will not be disclosed to third parties in a way that allows that user to be identified.

Our servers are located in the United States. Please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information, in the United States and other countries.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
